These terms cover browsing and purchasing through LOREPALS at https://lorepals.com. The seller is Xiamen Zhibo Tengyuan Trading Co., Ltd.., Ltd.. Our contact and business details are provided in Legal Notice. Please review these terms and the order-specific information before placing an order.
1. Who may place an order
You must be legally able to make the purchase or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. Supply accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and use only a payment method you are entitled to use. Keep any account access secure and tell us about suspected misuse.
2. Product information
We sell plush companions, collectible toys and related accessories. The selected product page identifies the option, included items, price and material or measurement information available for that item. Follow any product-specific care, fit, compatibility or safety instructions. Photographs and screen colors can vary, but the delivered item must still match its material description.
Follow the age and safety guidance for the specific toy and its packaging. Do not assume that every plush item, detachable accessory or collectible is suitable for infants or young children. A general store description does not replace item-specific instructions or applicable safety requirements.
3. Orders, price and payment
Review the selected options, quantities, discounts, taxes and delivery charge before submitting payment. The store’s base currency is USD; the currency shown in checkout governs that transaction. The payment methods offered there depend on eligibility and provider availability.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request. We may need to verify stock, payment or order details before accepting it. We will tell you if an order cannot be fulfilled and refund any payment collected for cancelled goods. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will explain it and seek agreement to a corrected offer or cancel and refund; we will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
4. Delivery, changes and returns
Shipping & Delivery describes processing, delivery and charges. If you need a change, contact us promptly; fulfillment may already be underway. Returns & Refunds explains the voluntary 30-day request window, conditions, costs and refund handling. Mandatory rights for non-delivery, defects and other qualifying problems are not restricted by that window or by a final-sale label.
5. Acceptable use
Do not place fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information, interfere with security, distribute malicious code, harass others or infringe intellectual property through the store. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use where appropriate, while continuing to address valid existing orders, refunds and rights.
6. Content and third-party services
Store text, photographs and design material may not be reused without permission where rights are reserved. Third-party product names and marks remain with their owners. For reviews or other content you choose to submit, you must have the right to share it. We will not treat a purchase as permission to turn private messages or personal photographs into advertising.
Payment, carrier and other external services may have their own terms. Links to an external service are not a promise that its content or availability will never change. Our use of a provider does not remove our own responsibilities to you.
7. Privacy
Privacy Policy explains how order, support and website information is handled and how to exercise applicable privacy choices. Please do not send sensitive payment credentials through a contact form.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the store accurate and available, but outages and errors can occur. We may maintain, correct or update the service. Such changes do not cancel obligations we already owe for an accepted order. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer guarantees remain in place.
9. Updates and disputes
A revised version will show a new update date. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing order’s agreed conditions without a lawful basis and any required agreement. If a concern arises, contact us with the relevant details so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here removes access to a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.
