Payment Information

LOREPALS uses Shopify checkout and the payment providers available for the order. Select a payment option actually offered at checkout; eligibility can depend on location, device and provider. We do not promise an option merely because its logo appears elsewhere.

Total and currency

The store base currency is USD. Check the checkout currency, selected items, discount, tax and shipping total before authorizing payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or international transaction fee.

Pending or declined payment

If a payment fails, check the details and any request from your provider. If a charge appears pending but you cannot find an order confirmation, check your payment account and email info@lorepals.com or use our Contact Us form before repeatedly trying again. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge.

Safe support and refunds

Enter card details only into checkout or the provider’s own payment flow. Never send a complete card number, card security code, password or one-time code to customer support. Remove those details from screenshots.

Order cancellations and refunds follow Returns & Refunds; an approved refund is sent to the original payment method where required and technically available. Provider posting time can vary.
