Where do you deliver?

How much is Standard shipping?

Standard shipping costs US$8 below US$70, and free Standard shipping at US$70 or above. Express is US$15 where offered. Review the checkout total after discounts.

When should my order arrive?

Allow one to three business days to process, followed by seven to fifteen business days in Standard transit. That is eight to eighteen business days in total. Product-specific preorder timing must be shown before purchase.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Condition and postage rules depend on the reason. Start by emailing info@lorepals.com; do not send the parcel before receiving written instructions. See Returns & Refunds.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Tell us promptly, ideally within seven days, with the order number and a description. This request for early reporting does not shorten the return window or mandatory rights.

How do I choose the right item?

Check the selected character, size, included pieces and age or safety guidance before buying. Product appearance can vary with lighting and displays. Minor differences do not excuse a materially incorrect character, missing accessory, unsafe component, damaged seam or an item that differs significantly from its description. Approximate item weights, where marked, do not include shipping packaging.
