Track Your Order

For a LOREPALS purchase, open the order-status link in your order confirmation. When a parcel is dispatched, use its shipping-confirmation link or tracking number to view carrier updates.

A newly issued number can take 24–72 hours to show its first events. If an order is split into parcels, check each tracking number. An order number is not necessarily a carrier tracking number.

If you cannot find the confirmation, check your spam folder and the address used at checkout. For missing tracking, a delay or a delivery issue, email info@lorepals.com or use our Contact Us form with your order number. Do not post order or address details publicly.
